Precisely. Then also you have the question of how the output of
something is clearly an executable program, such as a "poetry
generator" is licensed.
I believe the distinction between software and documentation is
arbitrary at best, and complete rubbish at the extreme.
In case anyone thinks this is an irrelevance on this list, consider the
implications it has for what licenses are considered valid for LDP
purposes.
